Hi, I'm Laura and I help people quit unwanted behaviors or patterns so they can break free from the frustration and regain control in their lives.
In my 12-week coaching program, Hack Your Habit, I'll walk you step-by-step through my signature process so you can learn why your unwanted behavior is so hard to stop and how to conquer the challenges that get in the way of quitting. Together, we'll create a personalized and detailed guide for you to get lasting freedom from the behavior.
